Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal to print a prepaid shipping label or locate your nearest MUJI retail store for an in-person return.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items with the original packing slip and drop off the parcel at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
