A sour and spicy soup with the sourness of tomato and rice black vinegar, and the aroma of sesame oil. Premade with plenty of freeze-dried ingredients such as bamboo shoots, eggs, and tomatoes.

Freeze-drying is one of the best ways to retain nutrients while preserving colour, flavour and structure. As well as having a longer preserving time.

 

How to make

1. Put the soup cube into a bowl/cup and add 160mL of hot water.
   
2. Let sit for 1 minute and stir in between to mix.

CAUTION: Please be careful while handling hot water to prevent burning.
